Nestled in a valley on the banks of the Berg River in the Franschhoek Valley, surrounded by vineyards and dramatic mountain views, lies Klein Waterval Riverside Lodge, only a short drive from Franschhoek, 20 minutes from Stellenbosch or Paarl, 50 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and Cape Town itself. Klein Waterval's relaxed farm atmosphere provides an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding attactions and landmarks, whilst offering much to do on the farm itself.
The lodge has twelve comfortable en suite rooms with great views
of the surrounding mountain ranges. A large swimming pool, breakfast room, fireplace
and honesty bar. It is only a five minute walk to the famous Berg River through
their vineyards.
Each room has a private entrance & verandah, ceiling fans and television
(including cable TV.) Some of the rooms are under thatch. Four of the rooms
face natural gardens alongside the pool and the rest are just below a small
stream looking onto the farm's vineyards.
