This resort is in the Northern part of Peniscola. It is fascinating to explore the narrow streets of the ancient village and the castle, built in the 13th Century by the Order of Temple, which was used as the residence of Pope Benedicto XIII. Do not miss (la lonja) the fish market at the Harbour where you can buy excellent seafood.
