
The building was constructed in 1930 , in the Bauhaus style, as the Esther Cinema, and it was one of the first theaters of Tel Aviv. The building has been restored and renovated to became an elegant hotel. As an historical building, they preserved the characteristic exterior and, amongst others, the original staircase and chandeliers. Some of original projectors, movie posters and theater chairs are used as decoration today. Classic movies are screened in the lobby, along with popcorn to complete the nostalgic atmosphere.
