Visitors have full use of the library, lounge room and extensive verandahs trimmed with elaborate lattice and fretwork brackets. The house is decorated tastefully. Its spaciousness exudes the warmth and comfort of a bygone era.

Ballina offers pristine beaches and unspoilt waterways free from hectic crowds. Its hinterland has superb country drives with fascinating scenery and diverse agricultural activity.
