An old two-storey building erected in 1899. The Old Exchange changed its identity to a licensed hotel in 1969, was converted to a family home in 1976 and, from 1993 has operated as a B&B.
The eight air conditioned bedrooms are upstairs. Each room has its own TV and also tea/coffee facilities. Downstairs there is a comfortable dining room
