Peppers Bloomfield Lodge is surrounded by the Cape Tribulation section of the World-Heritage Listed Daintree National Park in Far North Queensland about 2 hours north of Cairns. The property is situated just south of the mouth of the Bloomfield River, overlooking Weary Bay (named by Capt. James Cook in 1770) and the Coral Sea.
Getting to Peppers Bloomfield Lodge is part of the fun for this remote wilderness retreat. The 2 hour journey includes courtesy car transfers from guests' hotel in Cairns to their VIP terminal at the Hinterland Aviation terminal. The 30 minute scenic flight follows along the coastline where the reef meets the rainforest.
Peppers Bloomfield Lodge accommodates up to 34 guests in 16 tastefully appointed guest rooms set amongst a lush rainforest setting. Most rooms have sea-facing verandahs. Guest are accommodated a range of different accommodation levels from rooms located within the Main Lodge Building to individual cabins.
