Tucked away in tranquil, leafy East Melbourne. Magnolia Court comprises three connected buildings.
The oldest, the Cottage, was the smallest house in East Melbourne. Small for a house it may be, but as it now contains just one suite, it is generous by hotel standards. The middle building was once Ormiston Ladies College where Melbourne’s well-bred young ladies received a suitable education. The new section was built to help cater for the crowds who came to Melbourne for the Olympic Games in 1956. Just recently, it has been renovated to closely complement the older sections.
All sections are comprehensively equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, private bathrooms, TV, radios, hair dryers, direct-dial phones and tea and coffee making facilities. Facsimile, photocopying and laundry are available inhouse and there is car parking onsite.
