Set in tranquil surroundings, this modern colonial style lodge overlooks its own small farm which specialises in breeding Wapiti (Rocky Mountain Elk). The 6pm farm tour enables one to learn about and hand-feed the Wapiti. Located on SH6, the lodge is a stopover between the Picton/Nelson/Christchurch and Wanaka/Queenstown areas.
