The Sofitel Motu is an executive five star resort with 30 luxury bungalows on its own private "motu" (island). Three minutes by boat from Matira Point and the Sofitel Marara, this resort offers a complimentary on demand boat shuttle to the main island operating from early morning until late evening. White sandy beach and corals, with good waters for swimming and snorkeling.
This secluded island features three private beaches for guests. Guests at the Motu may also use the amenities of the nearby Sofitel Marara anytime they wish providing access to the the Marara's swimming pool, tennis courts, and other facilities.
This intimate resort has just 30 bungalows- 20 deluxe overwater bungalows and 10 deluxe land bungalows. The deluxe overwater bungalows have extra large sun decks, outside showers, looking glass panels in the floor to allow lagoon observation, and steps leading directly into the lagoon. All bungalows are air conditioned and have coffee/tea making facilities, satellite television, mini bar, hair dryer, safe, and telephone.
Complimentary activities outrigger canoes, tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, snorkeling equipment, lei making lessons, slide shows, and handicraft displays.
Optional activities include water skiing, glass-bottom boats, shark-feeding, bicycling, helicopter tours and a full range of optional lagoon and land excursions.
