The Bali Hai Moorea was made famous in the 1960’s by three Americans from Southern California, and today, the hotel is still known for its Tahitian ambiance. Accommodations are in thatched roof rooms or bungalows, in the gardens or along the beach, or in their overwater bungalows - each with a Plexiglas panel in the floor through which you can watch the lagoon fish swim around the coral below.
The hotel has a tennis court and a swimming pool adorned with a small waterfall and swim-up bar. There is a Polynesian style restaurant and bar, and swimming pool with wet-bar where drinks, sandwiches and salads are served all day. Work out on the tennis court.
Free Activities: Outrigger canoes, tennis, volleyball, daily snorkeling excursions into the lagoon aboard the thatched roof catamaran "Liki Tiki." Nightly shows and activities are also available.
