
Hakula Lodge is in the hillside overlooking Neiafu Harbour,
Vava'u. The lodge features two exclusive self contained modern units overlooking
the harbour. Each units boasts: air conditioning, private deck area, solar hot
water, super kingsize beds, large tiled ensuite, kitchen facilities.
Activities available include safe swimming and snorkelling right off the pontoon
with small coral reefs either side, or a day trip to visit more exotic locations
in the outer islands. For the serious diver, directly in front of the lodge
lies the wreck of the 122 meter "Clan McWilliam". Day tours to visit
local attractions, beaches, villages and vanilla plantations can be arranged.
In the months June to November whale watching is also an option.
Each well appointed unit is self contained and equipped with one king size bed which converts to two x king-size singles plus convertible lounge. The large tiled en-suite is equipped with shower, vanity, toilet and there is no water shortage as the units are serviced by solar hot and cold rain water with town water as back up. The units are air conditioned along with ceiling fans. The kitchen area includes a four burner stove and grill (no oven), jug, toaster, sandwich maker plus the usual kitchen items and a large bar fridge. The units open onto a large deck with full harbour views where there is a bbq area and seating for eight - ideal for those brilliant sunsets.
