The hotel is situated on a hill between the lakes Nahuel Huapi and Moreno, surrounded by a forest of cypresses and myrtles and by the Lopez, Capilla and Tronador mountains. Canadian-style with Norman roof tiles and visible cypress logs blending with the region’s green stone. It was built by architect Alejandro Bustillo in 1940.
