Located at the south end of Chaweng beach, Poppies is an exclusive hideaway in a tropical setting.
There are 24 luxuriously appointed Thai-style cottages, each offering privacy from the others, set in colourful gardens, meandering paths, streams, fish ponds, teak bridges, waterfalls and a free form swimming pool.
Each cottage is a small suite comprising a sleeping area with either queensize or twin single beds and a living area, with table and chairs and a sofa that converts to a full size single bed. Outside there is a private terrace overlooking the gardens. The carved roof panels, doors, floors and windows are of solid teak and the fabrics are of Thai cotton and silk. Individual air-conditioning, ceiling fan, personal safe, mini-bar, television. The bathrooms come with sunken bath tubs and showers set in marble, as well as a small private garden.
Poppies Restaurant is located between the swimming pool and the beach. Poppies menu combines international and Thai cuisine with the emphasis on fresh seafood.
